Propagating pothos in water

By Mira Holt

Cut just below a node, the small bump where a leaf meets the stem. Each cutting needs at least one node.

Put the cuttings in a clear jar of room-temperature water and keep it in bright, indirect light. Change the water every week.

When the roots are a few centimetres long, plant the cuttings in soil and keep it slightly moist for the first two weeks.
